Quotations are priced snapshots, not completed sales or stock reservations. Recheck prices and stock before checkout.
Sales dispatch / delivery
Link a delivery to a completed sale. Dispatching does not deduct stock twice.
Variant linking
Each variation is a separately stocked catalogue product with its own SKU/barcode. Linking it to the parent groups sizes, colours or packages without losing stock accuracy.
Serial numbers, warranty & barcode labels
Labels require a Code39-compatible SKU or barcode. Verify print scale and scanner readability on actual hardware.
Stage 11 is not a provider-verified payment or KRA-compliant tax-invoicing release. Promotions at checkout require online validation; existing provisional offline sales do not apply promotional rules.
