1 · Migration Centre
Preview every CSV, review conflicts, then explicitly commit. Never updates existing records.
Data exports
Historical records imported here do not create POS sales or ledger balances. Full financial migration requires reconciliation and a separate controlled process.
2 · API Credentials
Authorised external systems can read selected business data. Credentials cannot post sales or change stock.
Endpoints: /api/v1/organizations/{id}/products, /stock, /customers with branch_id query and Bearer token.
3 · Outbound webhooks
Event notifications are opt-in, HMAC-signed and disabled until the operator allowlists the HTTPS destination.
4 · Kebarick Ecosystem
Prepare per-business connector drafts without changing Books, HR, Soko or Growth Engine production databases.
Prepare an export draft
Connection drafts are not live integrations. Provider-specific API contracts, secrets, permissions and acknowledgements must be verified before syncing.
